Worst coordinators (Bigredbag Events and Style Management) I've experienced as part of a wedding entourage. Here's the reasons why: 1. No initiative and lazy - there were many of them but no one took an initiative to help the entourage to bring things to the villa even though they already saw them go back and forth to bring things for the wedding from the car to the villa. They also just look and do nothing when they see the guests stuck at the reception area after the event because of rain even though they have umbrellas on their side, still need for the groom to tell one of them to get an umbrella to the car but the other still doesn't do anything. They use the chairs outside the villa for themselves and let the Entourage not to have a waiting area. They didn't even coordinate with the entourage about the schedule or inform that there was a food prepared for them. Since there is no waiting area and no coordination, the entourage waited on the car or in the guard shed and even bought their own food. Also some of the entourage changed on their car and tucked in their long sleeve polo outside their car. We first go to the villa, bring our things but then they said to go to office since the make up artist is there and tell us to bring the thing we will wear but when we go to the office, it is glass type structure that you cannot change inside, there were also no bathroom so we have to walk to the office to villa if we need to use a rest room. We have senior citizen guest (lola of the groom) and pregnant entourage to have a make up and they let them walk back and forth because of the fact that they did not scout the office area and use the outside area of the villa for themselves instead of the guests and entourage. 2. Unorganized and did not know the flow of the wedding - they don't have contact information of the entourage, they even ask some of us to help contact some of the entourage because they cannot locate them. They were also surprised when they were calling for the entourage to line up at the wedding that there were only few entourages unlike other typical weddings so that means they didn't even bother to check or prepare for it. They didn't even close the curtain placed outside the door of the chapel on the hill before the entrance of the bride so the groom immediately see the bride after getting out of the bridal car. They also did not know the flow of the wedding ceremony that when it is time for the groom and bride to exchange their personal vow to each other, they still call and wait for the coordinator to give them the copy of the vows they prepared. The coordinator should have placed it where the couple will sit or give them before the exchange of vows. 3. Hard to locate the head of the coordinator (Mary Grace Reyes De Leon) - the make up artists that the couple provided for the entourage cannot locate the coordinator for payment that's why they asked the entourage to pay it. When we informed the coordinator and asked about it after the event, they let the entourage wait for the head coordinator to reimburse the payment. Imagine they let other people pay for the makeup artists because they cannot be located.
